- Communicate concerns to the Service Advisor.
- Diagnose and assess repairs for all vehicle problems.
- Troubleshoot and evaluate all customer concerns.
- Ride along with customers if the problem persists
- Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times
- Maintain a professional workstation including the toolbox, vehicle lift, and general work area
- Diligent about driver safety and obedience to all federal, state, and local laws
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Work closely with the parts and service departments
- Ensure quality work and that the repairs will be satisfactory to the customer
- Genuine desire to serve
- RECENT Experience required! Level 2 and Level 3 FCA Technicians preferred
- ASE certification Preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc.
- Resume must be uploaded, online assessment completed, and you must have RECENT Automotive Service Technician Experience for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
