Executive, Billing

• Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing as per operational KPIs related to Billing.
• Attend to dispute and inquiries involving Billing issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers/vendors to resolve issues.
• Cross-check carriers/suppliers/vendors billings to ensure accuracy.
• Verify the quotation before official billing; especially regarding value added services.
• Cross-collaborate with Station CDZ/Operations to monitor return shipping documents.
• Ensure timely dispatch/courier of invoices to customers on a weekly basis.
• Data entry and contract filing in CW1.
• Responsible in generating customer reports if necessary.
• Portray a high-performance service culture within the functional department.
• Develop IKOs/KPIs among the team and consult performance appraisal if necessary.
• Manage the allocation of appropriate resources to achieve the objectives and targets.
• Identify the training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.

• Must possess Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Logistics and Business or any equivalent field of studies.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Billing Specialist role within the freight forwarding business.
• Candidate must have knowledge in logistic operation process airfreight/ocean freight/trucking.
• Skills require: Excellent in Analytical skills, Computer Literature, Sharp in Numbers and proactive in problem solving.
• Attributes require: Commitment to Excel, Communication skill and ability to influence others.
