- MOOD/WORK ETHIC MATTERS (SERVANT LEADER)
- GAIN TRUST OF THE STAFF WORKING AROUND YOU
- ENSURE PROPER FLOOR PRESENCE. YOU SHOULD MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE TO YOUR SALES TEAM
- MANAGE MANAGERS
- ENSURE EACH MANAGER IS ACCOMPLISHING GOALS SET FORTH BY YOU AND THEM
- MONITOR PERFORMANCE OF EACH MANAGER AND HOLD 1-ON 1’S AS NECESSARY
- PERSONNEL
- BE INVOLVED IN HIRING REPLACEMENTS OR ADDITIONAL STAFF/SUPPORT STAFF AS NECESSARY
- ENSURE STAFF IS HERE ON TIME AND FOLLOWING THE HANDBOOK
- ENSURE MANAGERS ARE HELPING SALES STAFF FIRST AND DOING ADMIN TASKS SECOND
- MANUFACTURE DEALS- FIND WAYS TO PUT DEALS TOGETHER THAT OTHERWISE WOULDN’T WITHOUT YOUR HELP. EX HOTS, INTERNET LEADS, SKIM THROUGH DESK LOG
- CONFIRM WHO IS HANDLING HOTS, APPOINTMENTS, PENDERS, CREDIT APPLICATIONS
