- Managing of 2-3 shops in a given District;
- Visiting the stores regularly and setting focus points with the Store Managers;
- Supporting the Store Managers to recruit, train and develop their teams;
- Collaborating with and mentoring the Store Managers on their store performance;
- Helping the Store Managers problem-solve and addressing any issues they escalate;
- Visiting the head office for monthly meetings and ensure all is aligned;
- Leading and motivating the team to work to their full potential every day in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles;
- Creating an environment where colleagues can produce their best work;
- Maximising turnover by defining, with the support of the Store Manager, the best commercial strategies aligned with company directives; and,
- Analysing and monitoring of KPIs to define challenging goals and ensure their achievement.
- Have at least one year working experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment;
- Have good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Have good written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and Italian, which will be considered an asset; and,
- Have the flexibility to work different shifts including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
