- Experience: At least 2/3 years of experience as a Software Developer
- Mastery of common back-end issues (performance improvements, observability, database queries (SQL) and SQL performance improvements)
- Good knowledge of a JVM language (Kotlin, Scala or Java)
- Familiar with automated testing and continuous integration
- Experience in distributed systems or micro-service architecture
- Good knowledge of Kafka, Typescript
- An interest for open source
- A good culture of technology trends (news, meetups...)
- Languages: You have a professional level of English. Swan is an international team, and you'll be working in English with other Swanees on a daily basis
