The role reports professionally to the Group Industrial & Supply HRBP based in Luxembourg and managerially to the SVP HR & OI North America.Key Figures for Area North America:
- 9 plants (approximately 3,500 employees)
- Full HR North America Team: 150 FTEs
- Full HR North America Industrial Team: approximately 40 HR employees distributed across sites.
- 10 direct reports
- Partner with Global, Area and Plant stakeholders to implement Ferrero HR processes uniformly across Industrial locations in North America.
- Lead the development of key initiatives across the North American (NAM) industrial network.
- Ensure the continuous development of the HR Operations Roadmap, its regular deployment via the masterplan process.
- Collaborate with NAM HR Centers of Expertise to proactively address people solutions across the Industrial perimeter.
- Drives the North American Industrial People Development Board which aims to sustain proper talent development activities and ensure a consistent people and capabilities plan that supports business priorities while also embracing DEI objectives.
- Lead Post Merger Industrial integration workstreams to ensure successful alignment with Ferrero ways of working, business and culture.
- Strongly collaborate with Labor Relations Team to negotiate and maintain collective bargaining agreements.
- 15+ years of proven experience as an HR business partner with previous manufacturing and industrial relations experience required.
- Experience in leading core HR processes and human capital development initiatives throughout the HR lifecycle from attraction through development to separation.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and manage senior stakeholders.
- High level of business acumen.
- Good communication and social skills are required to build effective business relationships.
- Results oriented self-starter with proactive attitude to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions.
- Ability to develop and nurture a working network across Global multi-cultural teams.
- English full proficiency and openness for international mobility are required.
