- Actively contribute to shaping Hillel at the University of Delaware by engaging 180 students in direct 1:1 relationship-building moments.
- Launch a new learning cohort that brings up to 20 under-engaged students to explore their Jewish identity and what Judaism means to them.
- Plan and co-lead an alternative spring break trip
- Responsible for leading the engagement strategy for seniors and freshmen. ● Help with recruitment for Birthright and learning cohorts
- Develop and execute a plan for engaging with students involved in Greek Life ● Plan and facilitate weekly student intern meetings.
- Supervise student interns (specifically engagement interns) responsible for engaging their peers in Jewish life on campus.

- This is an in-person role location in Newark, Delaware; remote work is not available for this position [most staff live in Wilmingtron]

- Competitive salary in the nonprofit marketplace. The salary range for this role is $44,000 in year one of the Fellowship, 46,500 in year two of the Fellowship. ● A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, Life, AD&D and Long Term Disability (LTD) insurances, Flexible Spending accounts, generous vacation/sick time, and parental leave.
