Key Responsibilities: Develop a foundational understanding of US market rules and regulations Conduct research and analysis to identify and understand compliance requirements at the federal, state, and local levels, collaborating with legal counsel and regulatory experts as needed. Work closely with internal teams and other relevant stakeholders to assess the regulatory impact of new products, services, and initiatives, ensuring compliance from inception to launch. Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risks.
