Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Disassembly and Reassembly: • Take vehicles apart and reassemble them efficiently and accurately, ensuring no damage to vehicle components. Installation of Car Audio and Electronics Equipment: • Safely and proficiently install a variety of car audio and electronics equipment, including speakers, amplifiers, stereos, subwoofers, and other accessories. Custom Installations and Wiring: • Perform custom installations and wiring as required, ensuring seamless integration with existing vehicle systems and meeting customer specifications. Troubleshooting Technical Issues: • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the installation process, implementing effective solutions to ensure the successful completion of projects. Adherence to Safety and Quality Standards: • Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards, following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. Workspace Maintenance: • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and workshop area, adhering to cleanliness and safety protocols. Collaboration with Sales and Customer Service Teams: • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to provide a seamless customer experience, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Inventory Management: • Assist in inventory management by keeping track of installation materials and equipment, ensuring availability and timely replenishment as needed. By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute to CarTronics' reputation for excellence in car audio and mobile electronics installations, providing customers with high-quality products and services. Qualifications: Job Qualifications: Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn: • Demonstrate a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in the car audio and mobile electronics industry. Reliable Transportation: • Have reliable transportation to and from work, as well as the flexibility to perform jobs off-site as needed. Ownership of Necessary Tools: • Own or be willing to purchase necessary tools for the trade, ensuring you have the equipment needed to perform installations effectively. Basic Mechanical Knowledge: • Possess basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles and an understanding of vehicle systems and components. Basic Computer Skills: • Have basic computer skills necessary for accessing information, communicating with team members, and utilizing software applications as required. Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills: • Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring a positive interaction with customers and colleagues. Mobile Electronics Certified Professional (MECP) Certification: • Commit to completing at least the "beginner-level" Mobile Electronics Certified Professional (MECP) certification program, which will be paid for by CarTronics. This certification will provide you with essential knowledge about core product categories and principles in the mobile electronics industry.
