- Perform all IT Service Desk duties including (but not limited to):
- On-/Off-boarding of employees and contractors
- Typical user support functions for desktop (macOS and Windows)
- Implement identity and access management policies and procedures
- Maintain the IT Service Desk ticketing system
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve end-user technical support issues remotely, including educating users on best practices when required.
- Assist in development, maintenance, and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
- Manage internal support documentation in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for platform support.
- Participate in other activities and projects within the team and company with exposure beyond the help desk ticketing system.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources.
- Proven experience in modernizing production environments to deliver higher resilience, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Proficiency in process formulation and communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 minimum)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM Processes.
- Strong understanding of application life cycle Processes.
- Strong understanding of traditional and Cloud operational processes.
- Demonstrated experience in working with various geographically diverse associates and vendor partners throughout Latin American and the United States.
- Demonstrated on-time and on-budget system delivery skills and experience.
- Strong knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
