- Support the IT strategy in order to help the company meet its goals and long-term vision
- Provide first-level support to internal users via the helpdesk system: both local and remote
- Monitor proactively IT assets
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across various platforms
- Follow infrastructure and security best practices
- Liaise with vendors and other third parties
- Educate our internal users on IT systems, IT policies and best practices
- Provide out of office hours support through an on-call rotation system
- Take ownership of tasks and projects assigned by the IT Manager
- In possession of a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in the IT field
- Have ideally a minimum of 1 years experience in IT Support
- Professional working proficiency of the English language
- Be eager to learn new technologies
- Have an analytic mindset and be attentive to detail
- Vendor certifications (e.g. A+, CCNA, ITIL)
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Windows Servers
- Experience with Virtualization
- Experience with Linux
