  • The IT Support Technician III's scope includes providing technical support and assistance to departments, faculty, staff, and students with the use of basic hardware and some software support and maintenance.
  • This position will collaborate with other departmental and school IT staff to achieve their needs within IT OP and procedures.

  • Experience with multiple operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh. advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office products.
  • Recognized certification in PC Support field (Preferred CompTia A+ and Microsoft qualifications).
  • Advanced experience with network domain environments. Non-technical skills required for this position include: Customer service orientation, collaborative interdependent work style, team oriented, excellent communication skills (written, technical writing, verbal, listening) and self-motivated.
  • The position also requires a strong ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives, and exercise independent judgments based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities as well as a strong ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with fellow employees, HSC staff and students.
