Utilities Manager

• Lead a team in managing utility-related tasks to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee the setup of Wi-Fi, gas, electric, and other amenities to exceed guest expectations.
• Coordinate with utility providers for accurate billing and timely payments.
• Review supplier utility rates annually to maintain cost efficiency.
• Ensure accurate tax payments are processed promptly.

• Previous experience in utility or property management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic understanding of utilities and billing processes, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

• You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
• You have working knowledge of Handling Payments, Managing Utility Requirements, Microsoft Office and Software applications
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
