- Partner with Agency Business Development team of the region to plan and strategize the positioning of key pivotal initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region’s production targets.
- Identify insights/ trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key pivotal initiatives.
- Conduct market intelligence through focus groups, or acquire on-ground feedback from Agency leaders / life planners, and provide insights to relevant internal teams e.g. Agency Strategy, Product Marketing etc
- Familiar and be a product specialist for key products e.g. Takaful, General Insurance, Private Retirement Scheme, and Mortgage, while collaborate with Agency Performance team to drive cross-selling in support of Total Health Solution & Total Wealth Solution strategy.
- Handle day-to-day agency BAU activities e.g. end-to-end coordination of agency recruitment, embedding digital tools, etc.).
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in sales & marketing in agency business/ insurance industry, ideally in a high-growth business and fast-paced environment.Other skills:
- Good command of English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral).
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Passionate in delivering work assigned.
