- Develop new menus and test new recipes
- Oversee buffets, restaurants, special events and catering parties
- Monitor and control food and labor costs within the allotted budgets
- Overseeing team of 15+ people
- Inventory & food costs
- Motivate and develop an effective team to achieve common goals
- Delegate tasks and responsibility to ensure high performance
- Manage change to enable individuals and team to meet current and future business needs
- Schedule, organize, supervise, and communicate effectively to all employees
- 3+ years’ experience as a Pastry Sous chef
- Extensive pastry experience is a MUST
- Previous banquet & management experience is essential for this role
- Organized and strong communicator
- Excellent presentation skills
