Our dynamic team is the foundation of our success, and we are currently seeking a Head of Finance & IT to join our Executive Committee and contribute to our ambitious growth objectives.Your roleWe are looking for an experienced Head of Finance & IT. You will be responsible for overseeing all Financing, IT and Payroll activities with a team of 4 people together with 2 external partners for IT & Payroll. You will be part of the Executive Committee and you will report to the CEO.Key responsibilities will include:

Lead financial reporting and budgeting, ensuring transparency and accuracy of financial data
Analyze our monthly financial reporting & dashboard to drive the company strategy
Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the company's financial and IT performance
Manage relations with stakeholders : banks, auditors, shareholders, lawyers, …
Manage all legal documentation: prepare/review legal contracts, Board of Directors and Annual General Meetings, be the main point of contact for all legal topics
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, adherence to accounting standards and regulatory compliance
Ensure correctness of payroll with our external partner
Coordinate and secure our IT infrastructure of the company with our external partner.
Lead, train and develop Finance and IT teams, promoting a high-performance culture
Participate in the company's global strategy and work closely with other departments to support the company's overall objectives, including M&A deals (4 acquisition were realized by Solar Screen in the last 3 years)

Your Profile

At least 5 years' professional experience in a similar role within operational/commercial companies AND/OR 5-6 years of experience in the Consulting industry (Audit/etc)
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or similar field. MBA or accounting certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) would be a plus.
Familiar with Luxembourg accounting standard
Advanced leadership and communication skills, able to lead interdisciplinary teams and work effectively with partners at all levels of the organization
Naturally Business curious and eager to contribute to the overall development of projects
You have a high appetence to understand and explain all figures you produce
You have a strong analytical mind, and extremely comfortable with Excel and data analysis
You are hands-on, with a “get it done” attitude
Fluency in French and English
