Overall Responsibility: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance, and growth of Southeastern Engineering, Inc.’s online presence and communication strategies.Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, including social listening, audience growth, content calendar, and campaign performance for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others as needed.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media practices and technologies.
  • Create and manage daily content and activity, creating posts, blogs, tweets, pins, photos, video and graphics that optimize engagement.
  • Social listening
  • Monitor social conversations and comments on all platforms and respond, as appropriate.
  • Engage with the community thru social listening and proactive outreach.
  • Uncover emerging trends.
  • Monitor industry peer’s online activity.
  • Grow Southeastern Engineering, Inc.’s presence - Measure success of social media campaigns and daily activity.
  • Monitor Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Provide progress reports and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with departments on a regular basis to create and/or develop content related to company marketing and events, culture, advocacy, projects, communication plans, etc., filtering requests for information with appropriate lead time.
  • Develop company archival libraries, specifically company photos of events, staff, projects, etc.
  • Company “photographer.” Attend all company events and document for content creation and internal use.
  • Manage Southeastern Engineering, Inc. website using WordPress.
  • Manage job postings on LinkedIn, optimize reach to find qualified applicants.
  • Produce quarterly company Newsletter.
  • Support requests for:
  • Survey Monkey
  • Bulk DocuSign
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Interactive PDF Document creation and updates
  • Template creation/document styling in WORD, Outlook, InDesign (manuals, job descriptions, etc.)
  • Organization chart updates
  • Assist Marketing, when needed, to proofread proposal.
Additional duties as assigned.Experience, Proficiencies, Skills and Certifications:
  • Creativity (ability to create original content).
  • Experience writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space.
  • 3+ years’ experience or equivalent exposure.
  • Experience in planning, managing and executing social media initiatives.
  • Experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others as needed.
  • Experience utilizing social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Visible Technologies, and Crimson Hexagon.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing current best practices and understanding of Digital production processes.
  • BA with focus on Communication: Advertising/Marketing/Journalism/English preferred.
