$16 per hours + $.75 shift differential = $16.75

Successfully perform the various roles of picking, shipping and stocking.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Label totes/boxes and add to line.
  • Accurately pick customer orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity. Picking may be from a multi-level mezzanine.
  • Place items in correct tote using alpha numeric identifiers
  • Confirm order using voice system
  • Properly ship customer orders to ensure we meet customers' high expectations
  • Use a pallet jack.
  • Load completed pallets on trucks.
  • Unload full cases from sorter in orderly fashion.
  • Utilize hand wrapping and wrapping equipment.
  • Ensure accurate cutting and stocking of items, verify condition, style, SKU#, quantity, and serial numbers of items
  • Be punctual, team-oriented, committed to safety, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
  • Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards
  • Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred
  • Basic computer skills – requiring able to use a log in and password and follow simple instructions.
Experience
  • Previous experience preferred, one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language & Comprehension Skills
  • Be able to read, write and speak English
  • Correctly hear and follow instructions from a voice headset, or read instructions from a scanner, computer or paper sheet.
  • Ability to read alpha and numerical codes
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
