- Provide both functional and technical consultation to customers about a diverse range of software solutions.
- Play a key role in each stage of the software implementation process, including: pre/post sales, design, customisation, deployment, and ongoing technical support.
- Communicate with customers to elicit business requirements, demonstrate prototypes, make recommendations, and provide training.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of a broad range of solutions in order to advise the best solutions for customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Development teams to exchange information about ongoing updates and assure the solution is delivered to the customer's expectations.
- Drive the delivery of projects by maintaining awareness of budgets, deadlines, updates, potential risks, and changes to the project schedule.
- Minimum 3-4 years of commercial experience in system implementation, application support, or technical support roles
- Excellent customer-facing experience with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong experience in SQL and data migration
- Some Scripting programming skills required
- General IT networking skills nice to have
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Strong SQL and database skills
- Comfortable providing technical support and dealing with customers
- Sound knowledge of business applications and how they fix business problems
- Keen interest in solving problems and learning new technologies
