Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle major client issues and complaints. Should be able to compile the data and present sales reports Generate leads and appointments through the telesales team for field sales. Call the customers for Customer Feedback, Testimonial, Business Generation Good understanding of CRM software. Job Requirement: Any Bachelor’s degree/ Graduate. Female candidates preferred. With 1 to 3 years of experience in Telesales and have handled a team before. Sales domain understanding, Leadership, and managerial experience.
