- Ensure efficient upgrade, administration and follow-up of all Operational HR systems; from onboarding to departure, Organizational processes, personnel policies & affairs, Organization charts, effective role profiles, HR KPI's and reports and Employee health & safety programme
- Develop strong relationships with all employees and become a trusted business partner who is sought for advice and counsel on HR, cultural, and organizational issues
- Responsible for development, execution and follow up of internal communications & team alignment programs and activities to strengthen employee engagement and ensure coherence with global business goals
- Working closely with management and employees to improve dynamic processes, team relationships, employee experience and engagement including resolving complex employee relations issues smoothly.
- Review of employee programs and policies for compliance with employment laws and Turquality Programme; understand best practices and recommend modifications if appropriate
- Lead the end-to-end resourcing process for all Factory and Professional level roles in order to attract and retain Top & Fit talent
- Develop a flawless hybrid onboarding process
- Develop and Lead salary review processes to ensure relevant market benchmarking and internal consistency, fairness
- Set up and lead to implement a powerfull and practical Performance Management & Reward cycle implementation
- Analyzing, providing input on workforce & budget planning
- Partnering with the business to identify training and development needs for Employees and Managers
- Bachelor's degree preferably from Business Administration, Social Sciences, HR, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments
- Min. 5 years of HR Management and min. 10 years of total HR experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing environment including blue-collar workers
- Min 5 years of Industrial Manufacturing company culture experience in a global export dominant manufacturing business; preferably co-led a Turquality Project
- Residing in Kurtköy, Sancaktepe … or willing to relocate

- Self-motivation, positive attitude, excellent communication skllis with a high level of energy and strong cultural adaptability
- Empathetic and engaging leader, who listens well, is responsive, people & solutions focused and results oriented, preferably an ICF certified Coach
- Resilience and drive to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and result oriented work environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good command of both English and Turkish (written and spoken)
