In this role, your day-to-day tasks will consist of working alongside other visual designers in solutioning new product features and enhancing current features.At Re:Sources, UI Designers weave iconography, typography, color, space, and texture together to help our users successfully navigate our products. We believe that each of our products should be beautiful and accessible. As a UI/Visual Designer, you’ll delight users with designs that inspire, engage, and excite them. You’ll rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals—from concept to execution—across many platforms in including web, iOS and Android. You’ll collaborate with your fellow designers to constantly refine the visual design language and create innovative, great-looking products that people love to use.Qualifications8+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, with a passion for visual design and interaction design.Exceptional design aesthetics with a portfolio to demonstrateStrong collaboration skills and ability to partner with cross-functional partners, to drive towards successful outcomesOversee design system usage across applications, advise on best practices, and work to streamline when possible.Experience partnering with Product and Technology to launch cohesive cross-platform experiences.Must be highly proficient in Figma and / or SketchWell organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple features and deliver refined designs that follows the design system in a short time.Self-learning, able to identify what needs to get done without being told and able to learn new tools and processes quicklyAble to pick-up and drive shifting prioritiesWork collaboratively with other designers - Friendly, a real team playerAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
