- Lead testing projects within an ITSM framework, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Test the integration of service management tools with other enterprise systems to ensure interoperability and functionality.
- Conduct testing within environments focused on modernization and process improvement, specifically within service management contexts.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and system performance.
- Identify and document software defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing activities align with project objectives and deadlines.
- Provide recommendations for improving testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in testing IT service management tools, with a preference for direct experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience leading testing projects within an ITSM framework.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is essential.
- ITIL Certification is preferred, with advanced certifications such as ITIL Managing Professional.
- ISTQB Certified Tester certification is desired.
