About the Role: As their IT Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding their client base. You’ll be tasked with hunting for new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies. Proficiency in IT products as well as CRM systems and a deep understanding of IT solutions are essential for success in this role.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
About Your Experience:
  • Degree in Sales or Business Management
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in a similar role hunting for new business
  • Highly skilled in creating and executing innovative sales strategies, shaping future sales and marketing directions
  • Demonstrated success in transforming new clients into a loyal customer base
  • Proven history of enhancing customer satisfaction in previous Business Development Manager roles
  • Capable of collaborating effectively with Account Managers, Marketing teams, and leadership to drive business expansion and maintain market leadership
