- 通過有效指導醫藥業務專員的銷售技能和區域管理,達成指定地區的銷售目標。
- 根據客戶關係分級管理制定區域管理計劃,以分配資源,包括現場考察的頻率和活動安排。管理和評估指定區域的銷售業績, 以確保適當資源分配。
- 藉由創造支持性的工作環境、通過輔導和諮詢提供績效反饋、展現積極的領導力來管理和激勵醫藥業務專員。確保醫藥業務專員遵守所有內部/外部公司規範。
- 與關鍵客戶建立長期夥伴關係。
- 管理和分析地區趨勢和挑戰,並與業務經理合作制定/實施計劃,以提高銷售業績和擴大市佔率。
- 人才培育及發展。
- 大學學歷以上, 藥學相關科系者尤佳
- 至少5年藥品销售經驗 (有該地區或治療領域經驗者優先)
- 至少3年以上的領導經驗
- 業務分析能力, 系統性的創造、執行和管理業務計劃的能力
- Achieve sales goals and objectives for the assigned area by providing effective coaching in assertive selling skills and territory management to medical sales representatives
- Develop territory management plan to allocate resources, including the frequency of field visits and events/activities arrangement. Monitor and evaluate the sales performances for the assigned area to ensure proper resource allocation.
- Manage and motivate sales representatives by creating a supportive work environment, providing performance feedback through coaching and counselling, demonstrating positive leadership. Ensure sales representatives to comply with all of internal/external rules/regulations.
- Build value-added and sustained relationships with key customers at multi-levels.
- Monitor and analyze area/territory trends and challenges that impact business and collaborate with Sales Manager to develop/ implement plans to enhance sales results and increase market share.
- Talent cultivation and development.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical-related field
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the area (experience in related products would be a plus)
- Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience
- Solid analytical skills, proven ability to create, execute and monitor business plans in a systematic process
