- Travel to customer sites for equipment installation, upgrades, and servicing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues swiftly, ensuring optimal equipment functionality.
- Collaborate closely with customers, offering tailored technical solutions and recommendations.
- Provide comprehensive training on equipment operation and maintenance to empower customers.
- Conduct routine maintenance and testing to uphold equipment reliability.
- Manage inventory and document technical issues for swift problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborative Team Player: Excel in teamwork, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Technical Aptitude: Preferably possess basic electro-mechanical and computer skills; training provided.
- Tech-Savvy: Embrace cutting-edge technologies and enjoy hands-on tasks.
- Broad Experience: Previous knowledge in copier machines, printers/scanners, ATMs, PCs, appliances, HVAC systems, vending machines, and servo-controllers is advantageous.
- Customer-Centric: Demonstrated 1-2 years of direct customer service experience. • Qualifications: Hold a valid U.S. Driver's License and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (dual lift up to 150 lbs.).
