We're currently seeking experienced professionals to join our internal team as Senior Dental RCM Advisors. Position Overview: As a Senior Dental RCM Advisor at CEC, you will play a key role in providing advanced support to dental practices nationwide, focusing on tasks such as dental insurance verification, payment posting, accounts receivable management, and revenue optimization strategies. Drawing on your extensive experience and knowledge in healthcare administration, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our dental practice clients, helping them achieve financial success and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead dental insurance verification processes to ensure accurate coverage and eligibility of benefits for patients, utilizing advanced analytical skills and industry expertise Oversee the timely and accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and refunds to patient accounts, demonstrating proficiency in dental practice management software Manage accounts receivable (AR) aging for dental practice clients, proactively identifying trends and implementing strategies to minimize denials and optimize revenue collection Review and analyze unpaid claims, denials, and appeals, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maximize reimbursement Provide expert guidance and support to dental practice clients on revenue cycle management best practices, including staff training, process improvement initiatives, and compliance requirements Serve as a subject matter expert on dental insurance plans, benefit verification processes, and billing regulations, staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field required; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPC, CRCR) preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dental revenue cycle management, with demonstrated expertise in dental insurance verification, payment posting, and accounts receivable management Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft) and advanced knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue optimization Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and coaching junior team members and driving results in a team-oriented environment Why Join Us: Opportunity to leverage your expertise and make a significant impact in the dental industry, supporting the financial success and operational efficiency of dental practices nationwide Collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and advancement Join a team dedicated to making a positive impact in the healthcare industry and empowering dental practices to thrive Our Values System: At CEC, we believe in motivating each other and embodying the 4E's: Energy, Engagement, Enthusiasm, and Ethical behavior.
