The Position: We are seeking to fill a Property Manager position. We are looking for someone to perform oversight to a wide variety of supervisory and technical tasks depending on the portfolio composition.   • Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, Social Services, Human Services, Public Administration, or related fields
  • May substitute an additional four years of directly relevant experience
  • Five years of experience in residential property management
  • Valid Washington state driver's license with an insurable driving record
What will you do?
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, that includes both straight tax credit and subsidized rental housing.
  • Engage with residents, community, partner with service providers and support community building activities.
  • Provide oversight of inspection of community facilities and grounds
  • Manage lease enforcement actions
  • Assist in procedure development and implementation
