You may know us as Rustic Crust - American Flatbread.We seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd Shift to manage our production facility and help to drive our company to the next level! Shift hours are 4 PM- 2 AM.If you are a self-starter, enjoy problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!Qualifications:
4 year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience as a Production Supervisor in a food production environment required
High speed manufacturing experience is required
Industrial food production experience is required, a baking background is preferred.
Strong communication and coaching skills
Maintaining the plant in superior status with SQF, Organic certifiers, and private label auditors
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Possess a courteous and considerate demeanor, with ability and desire to work in a multi-cultural environment
