Carries out different HC well-level evaluations supporting production optimization and enhancement process, production restarts, production constraints identification and methods to improve oil and gas well recovery processes as well as determine optimal lifting system for artificial lifted producersMore details about the job, main responsibilities and tasks :Provide expertise in well modelling and nodal-analysis to support field development projects.Carry out selection, design and sizing of artificial lift systems (mainly ESP/SRP/gas lift) for new and existing oil and gas wells and optimize the existing production systems.Carry out well screening for various production optimization interventions (WWO/well stimulation/hydraulic fracturing/ALS-optimization).Planning, design and supervision of naturally flowing and artificial lift wells’ optimization.Prepare production technology inputs for wells intervention proposals including well modelling, calculations and possible completion recommendations.Resolve routine production issues, define approaches to boost/restart production, optimize operations, decrease operations costs.Support geothermal, CCS and other non-HC related project team’s work with well models.The ideal candidate:Has university degree in petroleum engineering or similar.Min. 3 years of relevant experience in oil and gas.Communicates both verbally and in written form in English.Pursues opportunities and is solution-focused.What we can offer:Competitive compensation packageGross 800.000 HUF amount of cafeteria13th month salaryPrivate health insuranceProfessional trainings and career opportunities within MOL GroupFree health program and participating in company organized eventsOther well-being benefits
