Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
  • Handle incoming service requests via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, service requests, and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Prepare reports on service activities, including trends, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures to streamline operations.
Technical Scheduling:
  • Schedule service appointments for technicians based on customer needs and technician availability.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide relevant information about the service process.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have the necessary tools, equipment, and information for each service appointment.
  • Monitor the progress of service appointments and address any scheduling conflicts or delays proactively.
  • Optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data entry, scheduling, and communication.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer needs.
  • Knowledge of Samsung products and technical terminology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
