- Develop detailed process designs, outlining current state and future state requirements.
- Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives; including planning and facilitating rapid improvement sessions.
- Analyze data sets and develop measurement systems to identify baseline and improvement goals for process performance.
- Identify non-value added activities, unnecessary complexities, and process inefficiencies to drive business optimization
- Calculate and interpret ROI to drive strategic initiatives
- Project management of various continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to map process needs to IT organization for business requirements.
- Ability to create buy-in and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational and industry policies regarding confidentiality.
- Communicates clearly and effectively to person(s) receiving services and their family members, guests and other members of the health care team.
- Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- 3-5 Years Business Process Engineering experience in distributed workforce industry and/or healthcare
- Six Sigma or Lean certifications with deep experience in DMAIC process.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with statistical analysis and possesses a data-driven mindset.
- Strong program and project management skills
(e.g. emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs or technological developments) dictate.
