PURPOSE STATEMENT:The Process Engineer will support business transformational key initiatives with a goal to drive organizational excellence. This role provides expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and will utilize these skills through analysis, design, and project management. They will engage with stakeholders in applying improvement tools and techniques in a collaborative setting and help build sustainable processes. The Process Engineer will serve as an advisor and coach to build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Develop detailed process designs, outlining current state and future state requirements.
  • Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives; including planning and facilitating rapid improvement sessions.
  • Analyze data sets and develop measurement systems to identify baseline and improvement goals for process performance.
  • Identify non-value added activities, unnecessary complexities, and process inefficiencies to drive business optimization
  • Calculate and interpret ROI to drive strategic initiatives
  • Project management of various continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to map process needs to IT organization for business requirements.
  • Ability to create buy-in and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3-5 Years Business Process Engineering experience in distributed workforce industry and/or healthcare
  • Six Sigma or Lean certifications with deep experience in DMAIC process.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and possesses a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong program and project management skills
