We are currently seeking a full time Drafter/Designer to join our team! Tri-Jet is a growing manufacturing firm located in Palmer with an agile work force versed in technology-based manufacturing processes and manual craftsmanship.Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Design parts, signs, and artwork
Preparing design proofs and cut file.
Customer service including customer needs, and meet quality standards for services.
Bidding jobs
Determining appropriate materials, parts, and processes are necessary to complete jobs cost effectively and efficiently
Collaborating with project team to execute projects on time and on budget.
Managing job to completion
Reverse engineer projects
Evaluate design concepts and make recommendations
Order supplies and materials needed for jobs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years proficiency utilizing design programs and Adobe Illustrator
Experience with mechanical drawings
Preferred experience with 3D Printing and Laser Engraving
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Exceptional customer service skills.
Self-motivated: ability to work independently
Attention to detail and highly accurate
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to remain organize in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Must have organization and time management skills

After probationary 90-day period, accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) will become available for vacation and sick.
