Together, we work, grow and lead our market as a high-impact organization.As a Marketing Operations Specialist focusing on lead collection and conversion, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, collecting, tracking, and converting leads into valuable customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at capturing leads and guiding them through the conversion process using HubSpot and CRM tools.Responsibilities:
  • Execute timely and effective lead follow-up strategies to nurture and convert prospects into customers
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to engage leads and move them through the sales funnel
  • Analyze data from CRM and marketing campaigns to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Generate reports on lead activity, campaign performance, and ROI to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads and alignment on lead qualification criteria
  • Continuously optimize lead follow-up processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage HubSpot to develop email drip campaigns to help improve conversion rates
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in lead management and CRM utilization
  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to provide updates on lead status and campaign outcomes
Skills and Experience Needed:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing automation, CRM or demand generation experience
  • Firm understanding of integrated marketing
  • Exceptional writing, proof writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft CRM, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred
  • Experience with email automation programs, especially HubSpot beneficial
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
