Hiring process can take less than 1 week!!We offer:● Indoor coaching and training so no experience needed● Paid on-the-job training● Weekly pay● Consistent set schedules● Part time and Full time employment opportunities● Career Growth Opportunities● Inclusive work environment● Positive team cultureGeneral Requirements:● Must have reliable transportation.● Promote a positive environment that fosters fun, safety, and learning● Treat every student fairly and equally regardless of circumstances and abilities, making each feelgood about themselves and encouraging a fun environment.● Arrive with ample time to report to position at the scheduled time.● Be responsible and fulfill your commitments to scheduled shifts.● Ensure the safety of swim lesson students at all times.● Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.● Evaluates students progress, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner.● Interacts with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students’ swim skills. Acts as a GFSS “ambassador”to ensure parental satisfaction.● Uses problem solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that studentsencounter.● Inspects pool areas before and after each class for possible maintenance, cleanliness or damageissues. Reports issues to management as appropriate.● Maintains and ensures proper storage of all pool equipment. Places and removes lane lines.● Performs light cleaning duties such as window washing, deck mopping, trash removal etc. onoccasion.● Attend required/mandatory training, workshops and in-service training outside of regular working hours.● Assume other responsibilities as given by a supervisor.
