- Responsible for owning and managing new business process evaluations utilizing data trends
- Regularly leads and manages a wide range of projects that produce data process improvements and data insight
- Identifies problems, defines business process requirements develops solutions and implements solutions to increase data content and create new solutions to profit the business
- Considers business implications of work flow and process to the current business environment
- Manages projects involving data governance, data management, meta data management, and custom solutions
- Partners with business partners and SMEs to create documentation of business processes, train offshore resources, and standardize operating procedures
- Generates and creates reports for analysis
- Regularly provides feedback & insight to development teams for improvements
- Participates in projects involving new data aggregations & custom solutions
- Serves as subject matter expert for creation of content to various departments
- Provides feedback to business on specific data quality issues
- Ability to function in a high-volume setting with tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, administrative and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of, and previous experience working with Information Governance.
- Strong knowledge of, and previous experience in various aspects of Data Management.
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of tools and Data Visualization applications, highly desired.
- Experience in developing custom forms and templates using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer, highly desired.
- Successful track record of executing day to day operations, along with partnering in developing and completing projects in area of expertise.
- Ability to identify broad issues, interview and formulate questions in order to identify and articulate complex business processes across functional lines
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to identify issues and drive appropriate solutions
- Strong written and oral communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead teams
- Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to gather and analyze information needs and functional requirements
- Works independently with users and team members to define concepts and under direction of project managers
- Objective, creative, flexible and diplomatic team player, with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range or employees at all levels of the organization.
