- Support project development from concept to completion
- Lead the integrated project team from Syzygy’s side – interfaces with customer, EPC, and other partners in defining project scope and plan
- Owns the project execution plan and ensures that Syzygy resources deliver as needed throughout the project execution timeline
- Responsible for overall success of the project including safety, reliability, cost, and meeting all performance guarantees
- Single point of contact with technical/engineering partners
- BS in Engineering (Chemical preferred) or equivalent work experience in industry
- 10+ years chemical / refining / gas industry experience in an engineering / technical role with at least 3 years in project leadership role
- Understands all aspects of project delivery, starting from FEED, and including detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Proven track record of efficient and effective technical support
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to tailor messaging to a range of commercial and technical audiences
- Strong direct leadership experience and ability to influence indirectly
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time and be stationed in different locations (domestic and international) for multiple months if needed to support deployments

- Broad familiarity with a range of engineering disciplines: Chemical, Mechanical, & Electrical
- Direct experience with chemical process design, implementation & operation
- Experience in a plant or field environment
- Experience helping to scale up & commercialize new technologies
- Understanding of chemical catalysis
