- Update and maintain the curriculum for engaging and informative Microsoft 365 courses that align with the needs of adult learners and industry standards.
- Develop engaging courses, lesson plans, teaching aids, assessments, and hands-on exercises.
- Meet all scheduled classes promptly with any deviation being filed promptly and accurately through the appropriate channels.
- Motivate students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process.
- Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to support students in their learning journey.
- Address student questions and provide guidance on courses' content.
- Maintain expertise in subject area and ensure curriculum content remains up-to-date and relevant by staying updated on latest developments, updates, and features in Microsoft 365 applications and incorporating them into the course content and activities.
- Participate in departmental and college meetings as prescribed by supervisor.
- Associate's degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 or similar software applications.
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate learning of students/colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Teaching certifications or relevant educational training.
- Certification in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Prior experience teaching Microsoft 365 or similar software applications to adult learners.
- Familiarity with instructional technology and e-learning platfor.
- Experience in developing online course materials and curriculum design.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and inspire learners at different levels of experience.
- This position is NOT eligible for relocation allowance.
