See guests from start to finish through a five-star dining experience including all knowledge and service of food, wine and spirits.Job responsibilities include; although are not limited to:· Is well groomed and is following our dress code/ uniform policy when at work· Ensure all mise en place are setup and ready for service according to the Lobby LoungeSOP.· Assist service colleagues in completing pre-shift mise en place including complete barsetup· Assist guests in receiving a flawless dining experience· To prepare and expedite cocktails and spirits selections to the guests and wait staff· Assist service colleagues in breakdown and cleanup of service areas· Check customer identifications to confirm legal drinking age.· Comply with all food and beverage regulations.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a high level of execution.
