With a rich history dating back to the 1970s, they've expanded globally and are now on the lookout for thier next Department Manager to lead the charge in Auburn!The Role:As a Department Manager, you'll do more than just manage stock and provide exceptional customer service. Here's what you'll be up to:

Utilise your sporting expertise and business acumen to create an engaging department through captivating visual merchandising.
Lead and empower a dynamic team for up to 10 staff through training and development initiatives.
Forge partnerships within the local community, collaborating with sports clubs, schools, and businesses.
Take full ownership of loss prevention strategies and make entrepreneurial decisions to drive success.

About You:

Passionate about the active lifestyle
Previous management experience as either a Team Lead, Department manager or Store Manager.
Demonstrate proficiency in handling large volumes of stock.
Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial drive.
