Salary: $50k/yrJob Duties:
- Successfully “on-board” all new hires by ensuring that all employees complete and understand new hire paperwork, practices, and policies before they begin initial training. ·
- Leads and assists HR Generalist with the hiring process for hourly employees, including interviewing and selection. ·
- Coordinate the use of temporary employees with vendors and act as liaison to leadership by assigning temporary staff, canceling temporary assignments, and coordinating the process of invoices and monthly reports.
- Ensure employees remain informed of benefits-related activities, meetings and offerings and various human resources programs, procedures, and policies.
- Consults with HR on employee issues and provides various human resources solutions to meet business initiatives.
