- Collaborate with onsite logistics coordinators to ensure consistent use of racking materials and efficient tools management across projects
- Manage material logs and reports to track inventory and monitor material usage
- Coordinate the purchasing of tools needed for all projects from vendors and suppliers
- Facilitate the sharing of information and material transfer between construction sites
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to coordinate the timely delivery and receipt of materials and tools
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and budget constraints related to material and tool management
- Provide guidance and support to onsite logistics coordinators to optimize material and tool efficiency and minimize waste
- Communicate regularly with project teams to address any material or tool-related issues and ensure alignment across projects
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
- Essential functions of this position ae to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location
- Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards
- Proven experience in materials and tools management, preferably in the construction or solar industry
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of racking materials, construction logistics, and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills to align onsite logistics coordinators, optimize material and tool efficiency, and ensure consistency across projects
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree
