Get ready to be challenged, inspired, and rewarded as you take on this exhilarating role as a Mid-Level Facilities Project Management Specialist.Position Responsibilities:Evaluate facility requests and meet with customers to define requirements for facility projectsDevelop project options with customers and create a scope of work that meets their requirementsCollaborate with affected parties to define functionality and constructabilityIntegrate various documents such as facilities work orders, contract service requests, drawings, vendor quotes, schedules, and permitsObtain facilities design and resource commitments for projectsEvaluate contractor proposals for fair and reasonable costsCoordinate with affected parties and support functions, such as customers, designers, SHEA, crafts, security, and network infrastructure, to create an agreed-upon implementation planEnsure completion and retention of project records by following standard operating procedures for closure and updatesThis position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience leading projects3+ years of experience with standard project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server3+ years of experience reading & interpreting basic engineering drawings and specifications3+ years of experience in project cost management3+ years of experience with AutoCad or similar CAD package3+ years of experience working in facilities, maintenance, or constructionPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree in construction management5+ years of experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems3+ years of experience in budgeting and forecasting3+ years of experience in site services and/or facilitiesProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationTypical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master + 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
