Get ready to be challenged, inspired, and rewarded as you take on this exhilarating role as a Mid-Level Facilities Project Management Specialist.Position Responsibilities:Evaluate facility requests and meet with customers to define requirements for facility projectsDevelop project options with customers and create a scope of work that meets their requirementsCollaborate with affected parties to define functionality and constructabilityIntegrate various documents such as facilities work orders, contract service requests, drawings, vendor quotes, schedules, and permitsObtain facilities design and resource commitments for projectsEvaluate contractor proposals for fair and reasonable costsCoordinate with affected parties and support functions, such as customers, designers, SHEA, crafts, security, and network infrastructure, to create an agreed-upon implementation planEnsure completion and retention of project records by following standard operating procedures for closure and updatesThis position is hybrid.
