Workforce Solutions Category ManagerDescription -We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded HP Category Manager to oversee our Digital Services and Security portfolio, which includes the HP Wolf Security Suite, HP Anyware, and Proactive Insights (WEX). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products, driving business development, and ensuring the success of the category within the cluster. Possess a keen ability to analyze data, identify future trends, and develop strategies to enhance our product offerings and market position. Maintain consistent and close collaboration with the Go-To-Market (GTM) sales team to ensure seamless integration and partnership between the product portfolio and sales specialists. This role requires proactive engagement and a strong commitment to aligning sales strategies with portfolio objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage the product lifecycle of the HP Wolf Security Suite, HP Anyware, and Proactive Insights.Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs and company goals.Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, fostering strong relationships and customer loyalty.Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing product portfolio performance.Qualifications and skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Commercial acumen with a track record of driving product success in the market.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.Familiarity with the HP Wolf Security Suite, HP Anyware, and Proactive Insights is highly desirable.Fluency in Dutch/ Flemish, French and EnglishAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.This job description aims to attract candidates who are both analytical and commercially savvy, with a focus on driving product success and revenue growth.
