- Drive and execute full candidate lifecycle recruiting.
- Develop and maintain candidate flow using proactive sourcing techniques.
- Keep up to date with knowledge of industry employment trends, internal compensation, benefits, etc.
- Prepare, negotiate, and extend offer packages to candidates.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirement.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Develop and manage university & professional schools recruiting and internship program.
- Report on recruitment activity on a regular basis and prepare reports as required.
- Experience in the full lifecycle talent acquisition process in a corporate, or agency environment.
- Solid stakeholder management experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Discipline and a can-do attitude.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Support for training and professional development.
