Alongside these, the E-INFRA Group has been constantly developing and today has over 1300 employees.We are looking for a Recruiter in our Group HR Department, able to deliver best candidate experience and recruitment process execution with focus on four main markets: Construction, Telecom & Energy Infrastructure, as well as Smart-city projects.Location: Bucharest, Romania - on siteMain responsibilities:

Drive and execute full candidate lifecycle recruiting.
Develop and maintain candidate flow using proactive sourcing techniques.
Keep up to date with knowledge of industry employment trends, internal compensation, benefits, etc.
Prepare, negotiate, and extend offer packages to candidates.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirement.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Develop and manage university & professional schools recruiting and internship program.
Report on recruitment activity on a regular basis and prepare reports as required.

Skills and qualifications:

Experience in the full lifecycle talent acquisition process in a corporate, or agency environment.
Solid stakeholder management experience.
Demonstrated understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
Discipline and a can-do attitude.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
