Staffing Recruiter

• Provide excellent customer service by dispatching the most qualified employees to various job assignments with complete directions and thorough explanations of job duties
• Ensure all employees are fully prepared to perform job duties, with proper attire and furnished with necessary safety equipment
• Communicate any problems or deviations from the client’s order to the branch manager and the client
• Interface with existing clients to solve all problems
• Complete applications, interviews, and New Hire Orientations according to proper procedures and protocols
• Administer drug screens, reference checks, and criminal background checks according to customer and company requirements
• Complete any customized hiring options needed per customer requests
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system for all employees, customers, and candidates

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License
• 1 -2 years supervisory experience
• Previous experience working in a high-volume full cycle recruiting role is preferred
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but must possess knowledge of manufacturing and warehousing job duties
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Previous experience with payroll software and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with all levels of an organization
• A self-starter with a proven track record of success and good time management skills
• Ability to work extended hours which may include some nights and weekends
