We offer a variety of sports programs, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team!Position Summary:
The Volleyball Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provide expert instruction. The Volleyball Insructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the court.Responsibilities:
- Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
- Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
- With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents
- Maintain a positive and encouraging environment for players, coaches, and spectators.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
- Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings to stay updated on i9 Sports policies and procedures.
- Passion for youth sports and a complete understanding of the fundmentals and rules of volleyball.
- Prior experience as a volleyball player, coach, or official is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with players, coaches, and parents.
- Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commit to a consistent schedule.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to complete required background checks and certifications as per i9 Sports guidelines.
