Our client is a leading multinational company. For the Italian branch (a sales company) we are looking for the PURCHASING MANAGERThe Purchasing Manager has the overall responsibility for all purchasing activities, projects, and processes within the local branch.Role and Responsibilities:Responsible of the purchase contracts for local purchases;Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating contracts;Propose and manage local purchase synergies;Reporting and analysis, capture of data, collaboration with financial departments for documented the financial performance of his/her targets;Manages interpersonal relationships with suppliers and contributes to the measurement and reporting of performance;Develops key vendor relationships;Plans and prioritises activities, suggests and implements process improvements aimed at improving customer service levels;Manages and builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure engagement.Requirements:Master’s Degree;Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in similar function, preferable in a Multinational Corporation;Advanced level of English;We’d like to meet analytical and structured person with strong communication skills, demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work, good planning and coordination skills, ability to work in a dynamic team. SAP or advanced ERP knowledge required.
