- Planning and Engineering design and consulting for complex assignments, including conditions assessments, project site visits, report preparation, hydraulic calculations, utility plans, technical specifications, cost estimating.
- Preparation of design and construction documents for wastewater and water facilities, climate resiliency projects, and conveyance/treatment projects.
- Review of engineering designs, bid packages, RFPs, and Statements of Work prepared by others, as part of a program management role.
- To active leadership in assignments as a member of a team, including peer mentorship of design and consulting staff.
- Lead project management responsibilities, under the guidance of the Buffalo, NY Program Manager.
- Education: minimum of a B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: minimum 5+ years experience in water and wastewater design/engineering and climate resiliency infrastructure consulting – performing studies, design, and construction services for municipal clients. Demonstrated experience developing designs and construction contract documents for complex infrastructure projects.
- Certifications, Licenses: Professional Engineering (PE) licensure, or working towards licensure, preferred.
