- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement within the existing Salesforce implementation and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, architects and consultants, assigning tasks and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Guide the team in adhering to Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint execution, and sprint review.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand optimization requirements and translate them into Salesforce functionalities.
- Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress.
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' hands-on IT experience and 3+ years of experience managing and contributing to Salesforce optimization projects.
- Strong knowledge and prior hands-on experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and customization options.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, required.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master in Salesforce implementation projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools, such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Scrum Master certification encouraged but not required.
